Silkwood Psychology is located in the leafy Silkwood Estate in Rowville, in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. It is a quiet, comfortable and confidential environment that is not part of a group practice or medical centre.

We all experience difficulties in life and can feel overwhelmed or have trouble coping from time to time. Although sometimes difficult to do, reaching out for support has been shown to be a significant strength in assisting people in overcoming hurdles in life and improving personal growth and well-being.

Silkwood Psychology’s aim is to work towards improving the well-being of the individual regardless of the reason they may be seeking assistance, and this is done in a warm and non-judgemental manner using a wide range of evidence based psychological interventions tailored to your particular circumstances and aimed at building insight and providing a wide range of practical and helpful strategies.

There are a multitude of mental health conditions and a great deal of possible therapeutic interventions. Psychologists are as varied as any population group and may not always be the right ‘fit’ for you. This is why I will have a chat with you prior to making an appointment to work out whether Silkwood Psychology is a suitable service for you. If not, I will try and provide you with an alternative option better suited to your needs.

If you are interested in an appointment, please call Silkwood psychology on 0468-541-399.
